You can express a package preference, but the doctor independently decides suitability, medicine, brand and dose once your reports are available.
Package medicine is included only within the agreed prescription, brand category and quantity for that package.
If the doctor's final prescription changes the brand, strength, quantity or pathway in a way that changes cost, we explain the difference before any medicine is arranged.
Medicine is arranged only against a valid prescription, with no substitution.
No fixed weight-loss result or dose escalation is guaranteed.

Pricing questions

The things worth asking before you pay

Are the blood tests included in the price?

No. The doctor-required pre-treatment panel is charged separately by the laboratory. We arrange home collection through Healthians or Thyrocare and tell you the panel cost before you activate a programme, not after.

Is the medicine really included in Standard?

Yes, within limits worth understanding. Standard covers the agreed local generic semaglutide when a doctor prescribes it, in the brand category and quantity agreed for the programme. It does not cover a different brand, a larger quantity, or a prescription outside that inclusion.

What if the doctor prescribes something different?

Your preferred programme is recorded, but the doctor decides what is medically appropriate after reviewing your reports. If the prescription changes the programme or the cost, we explain the options and the difference before any medicine is arranged — nothing moves without your agreement.

Why is Premium shown as a monthly equivalent?

Because Premium and Elite are billed as a single 3-month package. The monthly figure is the package price divided by three, shown so you can compare it against Standard. Only Standard is genuinely billed month by month.

The programme still feels expensive. What are my options?

Tell a care advisor what specifically is out of reach — the programme fee or the total treatment cost including tests. Those have different answers. If you would rather begin with structured nutrition support and no medicine, a smaller 30-day option exists; a care advisor will explain whether it makes sense for you.

Will I definitely get a prescription if I pay?

No. Payment activates your care, not a prescription. A qualified doctor independently decides suitability, medicine, brand and dose, and may decide that treatment is not appropriate for you.

What happens after three months?

Your programme ends with a review of what changed and a recommendation on what to do next — continue, move to maintenance, or stop. Treatment beyond three months is not included in the package price.
