Medical review
How medical review status is represented on ZentraHealth
Medical review is a defined status, not a decorative badge. We do not name a reviewer or claim review unless verified details exist in the repository.
Published and updated 10 July 2026.
Reviewer verification
A reviewer’s name, qualifications, scope and review date must be verified before appearing publicly.
A general doctor profile elsewhere on the site is not automatically treated as evidence that the doctor reviewed every content page.
Pending review
Content without a verified reviewer is labelled ‘Medical review pending’ and is editorially checked for conservative language.
Pending status does not mean the page is personalised medical advice; all public content remains educational.
Scope of review
Medical review should assess factual accuracy, safety boundaries, balance, clarity and whether urgent-care language is appropriate.
Review does not create a doctor-patient relationship or determine treatment for a reader.
When re-review is needed
Material changes to clinical guidance, product labels, safety information or medical claims should trigger re-review.
Minor grammar, layout or link corrections may be documented without implying a new clinical review.
