FAQs
Quick answers before you start
The important boundaries, without the usual healthcare fog.
Do you sell GLP-1 medicines?
No. ZentraHealth does not sell medicines directly. We help you check suitability, prepare for doctor-guided review, and stay supported if treatment is prescribed.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No. Prescriptions depend on doctor review, medical suitability, availability, and safety factors.
Is the first check free?
Yes. The GLP-1 suitability check is free and helps organize your next step.
What does the Standard programme include?
For ₹3,999/month over 3 months — ₹11,997 in total — it includes the agreed prescribed local generic medicine when a doctor prescribes it, the doctor consultation once your reports are in, dietitian consultations and a personalised Indian meal plan, WhatsApp check-ins, side-effect support, and progress tracking. Pre-treatment laboratory tests are the one thing charged separately, by the laboratory.
Is the medicine included, or do I pay for it on top?
It is included, within limits worth understanding. Standard covers the agreed local generic semaglutide when a doctor prescribes it, in the brand category and quantity agreed for the programme. It does not cover a different brand, a larger quantity, or a prescription outside that inclusion — and if the doctor's prescription changes the cost, we explain the difference before anything is arranged.
Can I ask on WhatsApp first?
Yes. WhatsApp is the fastest way to ask a question before starting the full health check.
