Can I use ZentraHealth only for education?
Yes. You can use the education pages and eligibility flow to learn before deciding whether to continue.
What does my result mean?
The result is an initial screen, not a diagnosis or final medical decision. A qualified doctor makes treatment decisions after evaluation.
Doctor review
Do I need a doctor?
Medical weight-health decisions should involve qualified professional guidance, especially when health history, current medicines, or symptoms are relevant.
Will I automatically get medication?
No. ZentraHealth does not automatically provide medication or guarantee access.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No. Prescriptions are never guaranteed and depend on medical evaluation and doctor judgement.
Who makes treatment decisions?
Treatment decisions, prescriptions, and follow-up recommendations are made by qualified medical professionals after evaluation.
Pricing and plans
What does the 3-month plan include?
It includes doctor review, one follow-up doctor review, weekly support check-ins, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, side-effect education and escalation guidance, and care coordinator support.
Are medicines included?
No. Medicine costs are separate and only relevant if prescribed by a qualified doctor.
Are blood tests included?
No. Blood tests are separate and only needed if recommended by a doctor.
What if I need more consults?
Extra consults are separate. Any additional cost should be shared before you commit.
Safety
What kind of side-effect support is included?
ZentraHealth provides side-effect education and escalation guidance. Medical treatment for symptoms should be handled by qualified professionals.
Why does muscle-preservation support matter?
During weight loss, some lean mass loss can occur along with fat loss. Protein guidance, strength habits, and tracking help users discuss healthier strategies with their care team.
What symptoms should be escalated?
Severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, severe dehydration, chest pain or breathing difficulty, fainting, confusion, or allergic symptoms should be escalated urgently.
Is ZentraHealth emergency care?
No. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, call local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Privacy and support
Is my data private?
Eligibility answers are used for care navigation and doctor-guided support. Sensitive information should be handled carefully.
How do I contact support?

Can I continue on WhatsApp?
Yes. After a successful eligibility submission, you can continue on WhatsApp for next-step support. WhatsApp support is not for emergencies.
How do I request data deletion?
