How ZentraHealth handles content errors and updates
Readers, clinicians and team members can report inaccurate, unclear or outdated content for documented review.

How to report an issue
Email support@zentrahealth.in with the page URL, the statement in question and any supporting source.
Do not send emergency medical information through a correction request. Use appropriate urgent care for acute symptoms.
How reports are assessed
The team checks the cited passage, source quality, potential safety impact and whether medical review is required.
Commercial preference does not override a necessary factual or safety correction.
Correction priority
Safety-critical inaccuracies receive the highest priority. Material clinical or pricing errors should be corrected promptly and the page update date changed.
Minor typographic changes may be fixed without a public note when they do not alter meaning.
Transparency
Material changes may be noted on the affected page or in a controlled update log when useful to readers.
ZentraHealth does not erase valid criticism or conceal corrections to preserve a marketing claim.
