We may also collect basic technical information needed to run and protect the website, such as device, browser, and usage information.

We use your information to operate the GLP-1 Suitability Check, help the care team follow up, support doctor consultations, improve the service, and meet legal or regulatory obligations that apply in India.

Weight-loss medications require medical evaluation. Your answers help prepare for a review, but they do not replace a consultation with a qualified doctor.

Prescriptions, treatment plans, and medical decisions are made by qualified doctors only. ZentraHealth does not automatically approve, prescribe, or guarantee any medicine.

Doctors may decide that a medication or treatment plan is not suitable for you based on your medical history, examination, test results, or other clinical factors.

We may share relevant information with doctors, care coordinators, technology providers, and service partners who help us provide and maintain the service.

We do not sell your personal health information. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect safety and security.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, so please avoid sharing information through channels you do not trust.

Access to sensitive operational tools should be limited to authorised team members and protected with appropriate credentials.

ZentraHealth Marketing Admin may access Google Ads advertiser-account identity and campaign, ad group, advertisement, keyword, and aggregate performance or reporting data. This data is used to verify ZentraHealth's advertising account, provide internal reporting, validate approved campaign configurations, and create and verify explicitly approved campaigns in a paused state.

Access is restricted to authorized ZentraHealth administrators and is used only for ZentraHealth's own advertising administration. Google Ads data may be stored in access-controlled internal systems for operational reporting, audit, security, and provider-verification purposes, and retained only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or applicable record-keeping obligations.

Google user data is not sold or shared for independent advertising or unrelated purposes. Limited technology service providers may process it only as needed to operate and secure ZentraHealth systems. Access tokens and credentials are not public. Patient medical records and patient-level health information are not sent to Google Ads through this application.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs are limited to providing and securing the advertising administration functions described here and are handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, where applicable. Actions remain subject to explicit administrator approval and server-side safeguards.

You may revoke authorization from the third-party connections area of your Google Account security settings, or contact support@zentrahealth.in for assistance.

You may contact us at support@zentrahealth.in to ask about your information, request corrections, or request deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, clinical, security, or record-keeping reasons.

If you do not want to provide health information online, you should not complete the GLP-1 Suitability Check.
