₹11,997 for twelve weeks, plus the laboratory. That is the whole sum.

Most GLP-1 cost pages hand you a range and wish you luck, because the medicine is your problem to price. Ours is not: the agreed prescribed medicine sits inside the programme price when a doctor prescribes it. So there is exactly one variable left — the pre-treatment blood panel, billed by the laboratory — and this page exists to add it up with you.

  • One published programme price
  • Medicine included when prescribed
  • Laboratory cost quoted before you pay
  • Prices last checked: 10 July 2026

The left column is fixed and published. The middle column is a planning range until the laboratory quotes you. Add them and you have your twelve-week number.

What the same twelve weeks costs piece by piece

If you took a prescription to a pharmacy and paid for everything separately — medicine, one private consultation, one laboratory panel — this is the market you would be buying in. We are showing it because it is the honest context for a fixed price, not because it flatters us: at the bottom of the generic range, doing it yourself costs less than a programme does.

How to read this: piece-by-piece totals are three months of the displayed medicine range, plus one initial private consultation, plus one laboratory panel. They are planning ranges compiled from publicly visible Indian prices — not quotations, and not treatment recommendations. Our column is a published price plus the same laboratory panel.

A wide range is not a sales problem, it is the actual market. The difference a programme makes is that your figure stops being a range.

How these ranges were calculated

We review publicly visible Indian MRPs, pharmacy listings, diagnostic-laboratory prices and ZentraHealth’s own published fees, then convert them into planning bands because actual prices and availability vary by city, pharmacy and stock. Data last checked 10 July 2026.

  • Indian public-price market review — Broad planning bands compiled from publicly visible Indian MRPs and retail listings; not a pharmacy quotation.
  • ZentraHealth published programme prices

Cost questions

The things worth asking before you budget

Are medicines included in the programme price?

Yes, when a doctor prescribes them. Each programme covers a medicine pathway — local generic semaglutide on Standard, innovator semaglutide on Premium, tirzepatide on Elite — within the brand category and quantity agreed for that programme. It does not cover a different brand, a larger quantity, or a prescription outside that inclusion. If the doctor's prescription changes the cost, we explain the difference before any medicine is arranged.

So what is not included?

The pre-treatment laboratory panel, which the laboratory bills you directly, plus hospital or emergency costs, supplements, treatment beyond three months, and any medicine outside the agreed package. Those are the only additions, and the panel is the only one most people will meet.

How much is the laboratory panel?

It depends on which tests your doctor requires. We arrange home collection through Healthians or Thyrocare and tell you the exact panel cost before you activate a programme, not after. The planning range on this page is there for budgeting until you have that number.

Why does the market range on this page look so wide?

Because it is. Indian GLP-1 pricing varies by manufacturer, format, strength, pharmacy discount and availability, and a private consultation and a laboratory panel sit on top. That variability is the reason a fixed programme price is worth something — the range is real, but your number is not a range.

Is the programme cheaper than buying the medicine myself?

Not always, and we are not going to claim otherwise. At the bottom of the generic market range, buying medicine yourself costs less than a programme. What a programme buys is a price that does not move, plus the doctor consultation, the dietitian, the meal plan and twelve weeks of follow-up, which self-assembly does not include.

Will my calculator answers be stored?

No. The planner runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you select or type is sent to ZentraHealth or added to any WhatsApp link.

Does paying guarantee a prescription?

No. Payment activates your care, not a prescription. A qualified doctor independently decides whether treatment is appropriate and which medicine, brand and dose to prescribe, and may decide treatment is not appropriate for you.

Can I buy medicine from this page?

No. ZentraHealth does not sell prescription medicines. Medicine is arranged only against a valid prescription, with no substitution, as part of a programme.
